The A30 dual carriageway provides direct access to Exeter with its M5 motorway, main line rail and international air connections. Directions
From Holsworthy proceed on the A3072 Hatherleigh road for approximately 9 miles until reaching Highampton. Take the right hand turning just after the pub and follow this road to Northlew. Upon reaching the village square in Northlew proceed down the road in the left hand corner and the property will be found on the right hand side.

From Okehampton proceed out of the town in a westerly direction towards Tavistock and after approximately 1 mile turn right signposted to Holsworthy. After a further 1/4 of a mile, turn right signposted to Northlew, following signs towards the village. On reaching the village square turn right (opposite the shop) and then immediately left as if for Highampton. Proceed for a short distance, where upon the property will be found upon the right hand side, just upon leaving the village.
