Directions:

From Houghton proceed past the old school and playground and turn onto a lane that is also denoted by a bridle path. Follow this lane down and the field is the second field on the right. A plan is attached for identification purposes only.

Description:

Approached by virtue of a Right of Way over an unmade lane which is also a bridle way, this is a small parcel of land that has for many years been used for agricultural purposes being a single level enclosure laid to pasture that has access to a natural water supply. The land is well fenced and has in the past been used for both grazing and cropping.

We feel that this is a field that is ideally suited as a pony paddock or similar offering a block of productive early grazing land. Other possible uses may be for amenity use such as a garden or grounds, etc.

Overage clause:
