Directions From the town of Totnes, proceed along the A381 towards Kingsbridge for approximately 1 mile and then take a left turning signposted Ashprington and follow this road for approximately 1½ miles and then take a right at the crossroad towards Bow Bridge. Follow this road until you go over the bridge and then take the first right hand turn next to the Waterman's Arm pub and follow this road for approximately half a mile and the property will be found on the left hand side.
