From the M5 turn off at junction 30 and follow the A379 signposted Dawlish (approximately 2.5 miles). Turn left at the Matford roundabout signposted for Dawlish and Powderham (A379) and after about a third of a mile turn right (signposted Exminster). Take the first turning right into Reddaway Drive. Follow the road towards Devington Park turning right into Miller Way. Continue through the cul-de-sac where the property can be found at the top.
