Outside there is parking adjacent to the home and a small low maintenance garden. There is a large new timber decking accessed by patio doors and raised to give a walkway access to the entrance doorway.

Location Information
Ardrossan forms part of what is known locally as the three towns, the others being Saltcoats and Stevenston. Each town has its own rail station with good regular services to Glasgow about 45 minutes away. Ardrossan is also the location of a ferry service to the Island of Arran which is great for day visits or longer if you choose. Glasgow is just under an hour by car and there are dual carriageway links just outside the park. Glasgow airport and Prestwick airport are in easy reach, and supermarkets, medical facilities and leisure amenities are all just a short car journey away.
