From Ilfracombe proceed along the High Street, with our office on the left hand side, turn left onto Marlborough Road, continue along Marlborough Road out of Ilfracombe until you reach the Barnstaple Road, turn right onto Barnstaple Road and then immediately right, continue along this road until the crossroads then turn right, proceed along this road heading towards Woolacombe until you reach another crossroads, turn left towards West Down. Continue along this road into West Down, upon reaching the heart of the village turn left at Dean Cross signposted West Down and The Crown Inn. Follow the road to the end. At Cheglinch Corner turn left to Berrynarbor/Combe Martin and the property can be found at the top of the hill clearly signed after ½ mile.
