The dining room is incorporated into the living space and has a table and chairs for 4 people.
The bedrooms are both double rooms, with the master bedroom having its own en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
The family bathroom has a modern white suite including bath with shower over, basin with vanity unit and toilet.
Parking for one car.
The site is pet friendly and has a dog walking exercise area which is secure and safe for our four legged friends. There is also a picnic area and safe space for children to play.
The lodge is located in the heart of North Devon and is just a few miles from Barnstaple in one direction and the pretty town of Braunton in the opposite direction. It is in easy distance of the beautiful beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe. The Tarka Trail is also very close by so that you can have adventures by foot or bike. There is a bus service with the bus stop being at the entrance of the site.
Pitch fees are in the region of £4545pa. Gas and Electric are metered; Park Holidays will invoice for the amount used. Rates and Water costs are billed separately and are in the region of £375pa
