What the owner says:
I have lived in Oast Cottage since 1997. It is in the rural village of Hartley and is close to open fields and woodland which is great for dog walking. The village has many facilities and clubs which my husband and I took advantage of. Hartley Country Club is nearby and provides sports facilities for all the family, a bar (which serves great food) and a friendly welcome. The library is opposite, as well as the village hall and Church Centre. Lots of clubs are held here such as the local choir, Hartley Players, wi, horticultural society, mum and baby clubs and exercise classes. It is a great community to be part of and there is always something going on. There are great rail links into London and the se as well as being close to Ebbsfleet International Station if you were to fancy trip to France ! Hartley Primary School is around the corner and is judged to be currently outstanding.
The neighbours are friendly and helpful and I have made lasting friendships since moving here.
