Village facilities include a Norman church, post office, village store, doctor's surgery, hairdressers and beauty parlour, C of E primary school, playing fields, tennis courts and a public house. Golf at Brailes, Tadmarton and Rye Hill.

Further facilities and amenities are available at Stratford-upon-Avon and Banbury. M40 motorway (J12) is just 8 miles away and (J11 Banbury) 10 miles away. There are regular rail links into London Marylebone from Banbury in under an hour.

To the front of the property there is off-road parking for several cars as well as a lawn area, pathway to the front door and side access to the rear of the house.

The main garden lies to the rear of the property and is mainly laid to lawn with shrubbery borders. There is a small terrace area, ideal for outdoor entertaining and a wooden store.
