We fell in love with the character of this property immediately, with its exposed oak beams and high ceilings. We were totally bowled over at how it had been lovingly restored. As all the residents moved into the building around the same time, we quickly made great friends with our neighbours and certainly make use of the BBQ in our communal garden in the summertime.

Meriden is the perfect location, with a lovely community village atmosphere, great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We are ideally located directly opposite the Doctors Surgery and Village Hall, with great views to the Village Church and country fields beyond. Local shops are only a short walk to the Village Green, as well as plenty of walking routes across the fields, which we have made great use of during these lockdown months.

Meriden has easy access to the motorway links, Birmingham Airport, Birmingham International Train Station and bus routes to Birmingham, Coventry and Solihull Town Centres.
