Although it is a flat, the room sizes and split level makes it feel like a house. I initially moved in with my brother and it suited us perfectly with two good sized double bedrooms and the two bathrooms which ensured we both had our own privacy! We used the third bedroom as a study and a place for guests to crash over. I now live here with my other half and it has been a beautiful home for us both. The outdoor space has been a safe haven - especially in the summer and during lockdown. This was the only property we had seen with a garage and it is only recently we have learned to appreciate it's value for storage. We also know that for future buyers it would be good to store a car if needed.

As we are massive foodies, we love that it is only a short walk to any type of cuisine we might fancy, from tapas to a cafe breakfast on a Sunday morning. For us, Temple Road is also a five minute walk to South Croydon and a twenty minute walk to East Croydon train station with direct trains to London Bridge/Victoria and Brighton frequently.

We will truly miss this home and this road and the friends we have made. The road has a huge community feel with street parties organised in the summer."
