Proceed West along the M4 and change to the M5 at Bristol and drive all the way to the end of the M5 at exeter then go on the A30 to okehampton. (see alternative route below) From Okehampton go north on the A386 (towards bideford) and just before hatherleigh go left on the A3072 to holsworthy. (Alternative route) Proceed West along the M4 and change to the M5 at Bristol and stay on M5 until exit 27 and take A373 to tiverton then change to A3072 towards bude until you come to holsworthy. From holsworthy proceed on the A3072 Bude Road and on the edge of Holsworthy turn right opposite the garage/petrol station signposted Bradworthy. Follow this road for approximately 3.5 miles, passing through the village of chilsworthy. You will find the land approximately 0.8 of a mile on the right hand side.
