If You're Looking For A Very Presented Two Bedrooms Apartment, This Could Be The One!

Vendors Comment:
Our favourite thing about the flat is how spacious it is. We really enjoy hanging out in the lounge, which is really airy and sunny, and has a great view too. Having a parking space just outside is really handy too. The community has a lovely neighbourly spirit and we can very quickly get out and about into nature.

Chris's Comment:
I spent a few years living on Dettingen Park myself in Drifters Drive, and can say first hand how quiet the estate is! Yet still within easy reach of the local schools, shops and commuter links, 100% worth a look!

Area Comment:
Deepcut is situated on the eastern fringe of Camberley and falls under the GU16 postcode. Dettingen Park was built in 2003 and is a unique development to the area with an attractive layout centred around The Crescent, which has a large circular green with a fountain and pond at the centre. The nearby shops are located nearby on Heatherside which will cater for day to day needs, while Camberley town centre is approximately a ten minute drive away. The M3 motorway can be reached at either junction 3 in Bagshot/Lightwater or junction 4 in Camberley, both of which are approximately a fifteen minute drive away. There are ample outside spaces nearby with the Frimley Fuel Allotments directly across the road from Dettingen Park, and the Ranges behind the development.
