This unique flat is also only 7 minute bus/15 minute walk to the newly developed Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line), which is 1 stop/5 minutes from Paddington Station and 2 stops/7 minutes to Bond Street!
Bus stops are directly across the flat, with very short commutes to Chiswick and Westfield shopping centre for more local visits. Across the road from the flat is an independent cinema, and the property is on a road which includes an array of shops and cafes.
What the owners love:
Our flat is a very well loved first home and a fantastic space to return to. With the gym/swimming pool next door, cinema across the road and wide variety of shops and parks on our doorstep, we are never short of convenience and activities in both
the winter and summer months. We love grabbing coffee and lunch on the quirky independent shops of Churchfield road followed by a walk around Acton Park. Our favourite coffee run is a walk towards Chiswick House & Gardens to enjoy the beautiful space and scenery that Chiswick has to offer. The flat being split into 2 floors allows for a great use of personal space when needed whilst also being close enough to chat away when required!
The transport links are amazing. The development of the Elizabeth line at Acton Main line means we can be in central London in 1 or 2 stops whilst also being able to get to Heathrow airport in 30 minutes door to door!
