Directions from London:
Proceed south from London on the A22 (or M25 junction 6) and go down towards east grinstead on the A22. In East Grinstead on the one way system you turn left going onto the A264 towards Tunbridge Wells and as you turn left onto this road turn your milo on the car to nil. Drive for 2.3 miles passing the east sussex County sign and still on the A264 you come to the village of hammerwood which is a mile from the East Sussex County sign. You immediately turn left at the Hammerwood sign and it is sign posted to lingfield. This is shepherds grove lane but the only way of knowing is that the first house on the left says “No.1 Shepherds Grove Lane”. Drive for 0.45 of a mile and take the first turning right towards cowden (last time I went the sign post was missing) and drive for 0.5 of a mile and you will come to basing house on your left (a metal square with the sign missing last time I went) but the entrance is opposite a black barn with a sign on the road saying upper basing farm. Drive up the concrete road that goes left at a 45^ degree angle and pass the sheds and warehouses on the left and driving straight on until you come to a gate. Open gate towards you and drive in, closing the gate behind you to keep any animals from getting out. Drive along this track until you get to a gate by the woodland with a pond to your right. Drive on until you reach the next gate which is the start of the land we have for sale and it is at the bottom of the map with plot 37 on your right and plot 53 on your left.
You should check before erecting any type of fencing.
