New timber framed sash windows will be installed as shown, along with rooflights to the first-floor central stair lobby. Externally the new insulated wall structure will be clad with slatted timber boarding to match the existing ground floor cladding, and the pitched roof will be finished with traditional double lapped clay tiling. It is also planned that a new driveway will be formed with off road parking for one car.
