Stunning One double bedroom apartment, located in what i would suggest is the best pocket of the city, Queens Park. On your doorstep you have a two to three great coffee shops, and the entrance to the stunning park itself.
You have simple Access to the seafront, so you can enjoy all that Brighton has to offer, .
Front door will lead us into the entrance hall.
Immediately to our left we will find the principal bedroom.
Plenty of space for a large double bed, plenty of bult in cupboards, carpet underfoot, lots of storage ability. UPVC double glazed window over downstairs garden.
We also enjoy extra bespoke shelving for a great selection of books.
Our next visit will be into the shower room, walk in shower cubicle, low level W.C, pedestal wash hand basin, radiator for drying towels etc, part tile with vinal flooring underfoot.
We shall venture along the entrance hall perfect for extra storage such as shoes and everyday items to keep them out of sight.
Next the kitchen, again immediately drawn to a large, double-glazed window, over the bottom of Queens Park Road, which is literally a hop skip and a jump from the entrance to Queens Park via the West Drive entrance.
You can see the very popular Starfish Café, and of course as you enter the park you will stumble upon a wonderful Patisseries, literally 20 meters away.
It goes without saying very simple access to both the city centre as well as the beach from here as well.
The kitchen is worked around a laminate work top, so a range of both base and eye level units, . An integrated Hotpoint induction Hob with electric oven below.
Integrated washing machine, fridge with freezer section above, and tucked away bin units.
We enter into the lounge, again even closer to the Starfish Café, as is of course the Park.
Over the road we have a bus stop, so again simple access to the city centre, the joys of Queens Park.
Now the lounge has been segmented well, into a lounge space, perfect for the vendor, an office space so that he can work from home, and of course space for a table and chairs, now of which encroach upon each other.
The lounge is set on a carpet and the kitchen upon an engineered wooden flooring.
The property again enjoys a wonderful location, as I have mentioned it's close to two wonderful cafes, not of course forgetting the Wild Cherry Café 50 years up the road, which specialises in vegan foods, and foods for a number of stomach issues.
There is a 10-minute walk to the sea, especially for the growing number of sea swimmers that there are amongst us, as well as all of the new attractions on the seafront, as well of course as our famous Brighton's Palace Pier.
