Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
St Mary's Drive has some very large and impressive houses but it is arguable that some of these are perhaps a little too large for what many people require. This particular house, a real gem, is arguably an optimum size at 1860 feet, a figure which incorporates the very useful detached double garage with a 7KW electric car charger. It is also a particularly splendid plot, extending to 0.15 acre and enjoying direct views beyond to Vale Royal Golf Course.
This exclusive development in Whitegate has sustained continual popularity over many years. It enjoys a beautiful semi rural position adjoining Vale Royal Abbey private members golf club and is known for its distinctive house types, striking architecture and generous plot sizes. St Mary's Drive leads directly to the impressive and historic 13th century Vale Royal Abbey, part of which now forms the golf clubhouse.
Internally there is much to enjoy, with two reception rooms in addition to a very stylish, contemporary and impressive open plan breakfast kitchen family dining room. At first floor the main bedroom has a designated dressing area and en suite, whilst there three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
