There are also several gp surgeries and the Kingsway Medical Centre that provides all the services that you possibly need including home visits. Wickford is about ten minutes drive also with lots of shops.

The property is in good condition but would benefit from new carpets as I believe they are the original ones. The fridge freezer and washer/dryer, both two years old are to remain as well as the sofa and armchair to give you somewhere to sit if required!
