This delightful period house is situated in a quiet street in the highly sought after village of Nunney. The property offers well presented and stylish accommodation designed for modern living whilst retaining a wealth of character and period features including a fabulous inglenook fireplace complete with original bread oven. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises an entrance hall, a large sitting/dining room with the inglenook and wood burning stove, kitchen/breakfast room, study/playroom and a utility/shower room on the ground floor and upstairs you will find three double bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside and a real feature of this property is the wonderful and good size walled garden which enjoys a sunny aspect, a high degree of privacy and even a glimpse of Nunney Castle. Laid mostly to lawn with mature fruit trees, shrubs and bushes and a patio, it truly is a lovely place to relax. Another huge and unusual benefit of a period home in this village is that to the side is a private driveway providing parking for two cars that leads to a large single garage which also has planning permission to be converted into a home office if someone so desired. Properties of this type in this village are highly sought after and an early viewing comes highly recommended on this desirable village home.

The vendors write;
We have lived in Nunney as a family for 10 years and it's been the best place to raise our children. Horn Street is a community within a community where the neighbours are friendly and everyone looks out for each other. Nunney has lots of unique events including the famous annual Street Fayre and Easter Duck Race. The village is very peaceful and at night the only sounds are the river and owls hooting at night. There are many beautiful walks in the countryside from your doorstep. We've have lots of happy times walking the children across the fields to school and playing in the river on the way home. Nunney is a special village and truly a wonderful place to live.
