From Central London proceed down A3 changing to A23 then just after Purley change to A22 in the direction of Warlingham and Whyteleaf then follow instructions as below If you are coming around the M25 then come off at exit 6 and go on the A22 in the direction of croydon and put milometer at nil.
When you have driven 3.9 miles you would have reached whyteleafe where you turn right on the B270 sign posted warlingham.
Follow sign to Warlingham and turn left at T junction and go into Warlingham on the one way system turn right going around the green and go straight on for another 0.2 of a mile you will come to a roundabout where you turn left signposted farleigh & chelsham.
Drive to Chelsham and just after the village sign folk right into chelsham common road.
Drive on for another 0.2 of a mile and the road name will change to church lane.
Drive on until you pass Scotswall Lane on your left and carry on signposted farleigh and you will find our land on the right with two vg stakes in the ground to welcome you.
