Turnkey Condition Townhouse In Loddon Park With A Garage And South Facing Garden? Yes Please!
Estate Agent's View
An ideal first time purchase due to the low maintenance and excellent condition throughout.
This townhouse has a garage and off-road parking for two cars directly in front of the garage (instead of a communal parking area with allocated spaces) making this a highly desirable option when comparing to similar homes in Loddon Park.
This area of the development is also much less saturated allowing for ample visitor parking on the street immediately outside the property.
Stepping inside there is a welcoming entrance hallway with open storage and ground floor WC, modern kitchen/ breakfast room with integrated appliances including fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and gas hob. There is space for a small four-seater dining table and chairs.
To the rear, the bright and welcoming living room has patio doors leading out to the south facing rear garden.
On the first floor there is bright double bedroom with en-suite shower room, spacious family bathroom and a further single bedroom.
There is also a small study room which then leads up to the impressive main bedroom occupying the entire top floor.
This show stopping space has grand high ceilings, dressing room with built in wardrobes and access to eaves storage. There is also the en-suite shower room and additional fitted wardrobe making great use of the space.
Outside the sunny garden has two small patios (one with shed) low maintenance lawn and private rear pathway leading to the garage and parking.
Seller's View
"We'll really miss this home, it has been such a perfect place for us to start our family and we wouldn't change a thing about the past 5 years. Being at the end of the development means the roads are so quiet and we all moved in at the same time so there's a real community feeling within the street, a lot of us know each other and everyone is lovely. It's perfectly placed on the edge of so many different green spaces from the nature reserve to Dinton Pastures but also such a short trip away from the town centre and other transport links to Reading and London. We love that we live on the edge of beautiful countryside but in a modern, efficient home where you can easily get a takeaway or go out for dinner within walking distance. Goodbye Loddon Park, you'll be sorely missed!"
