Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

This delightful house has from the front has the classic appearance of an estate cottage. It is pretty, appealing, and traditional. Yet that is in many ways somewhat misleading as this is a home that has been subject to significant renovation and extension and now offers very substantial accommodation that extends in total to over 2300 square feet.

The additional surprise is that this home sits in grounds that extend in total to circa one acre, made up of both paddock and formal garden. This makes it one of the very few houses at £670,000 to offer such a size plot in the CW6 postcode. The grounds also face south and with the paddock being of a good size, there is obvious scope to have a pony, donkey or livestock.

The house itself is an amazing option for those seeking a home for multi generational living. Very often, properties can offer an impressive principal dwelling with something of an afterthought annexe. Not so here! As presently configured there are two wings, each with a large kitchen diner and each having well appointed bath / shower rooms. There is also a pleasing mix of bedrooms on both the ground floor and first floors providing maximum flexibility.

There is also the scope if required for this just to be one large family home, which give the size of the dwelling, would be a luxurious solution.

This home has been competitively priced to attract market attention and we recommend a viewing.
