Stunning Four-Bedroom Family Home In Sought-After Corsham Way, Crowthorne

Sellers Comment...
We chose to live in Crowthorne because of its excellent schools and the wonderful community feel of the area. When we first found this house, we were drawn to its corner plot and the large garden, which offered great potential for extending and transforming it into our ideal family home. The peaceful neighbourhood, combined with the convenience of being within walking distance to all the schools and the town centre, made it the perfect choice for us.
To make the most of the space and natural light, we decided to build an extension and remodel the house. A key focus was creating a spacious and welcoming entry hall with plenty of storage, as well as an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that still allowed for a distinct living room space. We also wanted to enhance the light coming from the stairwell, so we replaced the walls with a glass balustrade and created a generous landing. The bifold doors have been one of our favourite features, allowing us to enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living during the summer months. We have truly loved designing and living in this home, creating wonderful memories along the way.

Will & Mike's Comment...
Nestled in one of Crowthorne’s most desirable and peaceful locations, this beautifully extended four-bedroom home offers exceptional living space, modern comforts, and a fantastic open-plan layout—perfect for family life and entertaining. Stepping inside, you’re welcomed by a bright and spacious entrance hall, complete with three handy storage spaces, a downstairs WC, and a versatile study or playroom. The heart of the home is the impressive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, flooded with natural light thanks to bi-fold doors across the back, leading onto the garden. The high-specification kitchen boasts built-in appliances, sleek finishes, and a unique bi-fold window to match the theme of the doors. A separate utility room, with access to the side of the property, houses the boiler and additional storage.
Upstairs, four generously sized double bedrooms provide ample space for the whole family. The master bedroom features stylish built-in storage and a pristine en-suite shower room. A well-appointed family bathroom, complete with a separate shower and bathtub, serves the remaining bedrooms. Externally, the property benefits from driveway parking and a detached garage located at the rear. The substantial garden is a standout feature, offering excellent space for relaxation and play, with convenient access from both sides of the home.
