There are 4 residents on the board who deal with the accounts, legal matters, arranging the outside maintenance, gardening, outside lighting etc. We have meetings which all the residents can attend - usually held over in Nizels. It's very good having residents running it as there's always a quick response to any questions etc.The service charge is 2 instalments per year of £2575.00 at the start of April and September.
