About the area
Pylle is a small village between Shepton Mallet, Wells, Glastonbury, Bruton and Castle Cary. It has a parish church, petrol station/shop/ garage a bistro style cafe and a very popular farm shop. It also has an active and friendly community.

Bruton is a small historic town in the foothills of the Brue Valley, surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside. The town has a railway station on the Bristol-Weymouth line, with a regular service to Bath Spa. There are also good Inter-City services at nearby Castle Cary (Paddington). From the Lydford crossroads turn and continue northwards. Continue to Pylle crossroads and continue on the A37. Pass the petrol station on the left hand side. Continue as the road goes uphill and take the first turning right into Bagborough Lane. Continue for a mile and the property is the last house on the left hand side.
