This development will be cil liable (in the sum of £38,642.07) – although self-builders may potentially be able to apply for exemption from this charge and are invited to contact East Devon Council to discuss further. A discharge of condition approval (Condition 6 – Surface Water) was granted under application ref: 25/2590/DOC on 9th January 2026.
