Owner Insight

"In 2009 we decided that we wanted to buy a holiday home and felt that Torbay was an ideal location for us. We visited the area and viewed a number of apartments, but as soon as we arrived at Maidencombe House we knew that we had found the one for us. Upon walking into the apartment we were impressed with the spaciousness of the accommodation and were immediately drawn to the beautiful sea views, as well as the outlook over the well-tended communal gardens, things that we are still appreciating 16 years later. Being sat in the centre of the building we have found the apartment to be extremely warm, cosy and quiet and have been impressed with the economical running costs, ideal for those seeking a comfortable main residence or second home. We have now decided to start a new chapter in our lives and so have made the difficult decision to sell our lovely apartment, but this will give any new owners the opportunity of enjoying the benefits that Maidencombe House will offer them. "
