Comment From Oliver Weston Of Gascoigne Halman
For a small village Barbridge is in huge demand and understandably so. The village enjoys a brilliant setting with the Shropshire Union canal and the Barbridge Marina being close by and offering lovely walks along with the surrounding countryside whilst its location also allows for easy access to Tarporley village and Nantwich town. The local Old Barbridge Inn pub on the side of the canal is a short walk away and with plans to re-open in the summer of this year will provide a lovely place for a meal or drink.
This specific property has been very well kept by the current owners since they took the keys in 2016 and provides a great opportunity for anyone looking in the area.
The home consists of an entrance hall with cloakroom toilet and a front living room which opens through to the dining kitchen at the rear. The first floor offers three bedrooms with main being of comfortable size, all three bedrooms are served by the family bathroom.
Externally, there is a lovely rear garden that benefits from plenty of sunshine through the day and into the evening thanks to its favourable South West direction and is split into two patio areas and a lawn with bedding area. The detached single garage and driveway sit to the side of the home.
