Greater London Properties Presents

A unique opportunity to purchase a stunning one bedroom apartment set on the second floor with lift located in the iconic Soho Lofts development.

The Property

Nestled in the heart of Soho this lovely one bedroom apartment epitomizes contemporary urban living. Spanning across 620 sq ft the apartment is in great condition featuring exposed brick walls and sleek wooden floors creating a warm ambience. Generous ceiling height and large sash windows infuse the space with natural light. The thoughtfully designed open plan layout maximizes space with a fully equipped modern kitchen. The property is complete with a generous sized bedroom with built in storage and a contemporary bathroom with tub. There is potential to turn the space into a two bedroom flat which other units in the development have completed.

The Location

Soho Lofts is a highly sought-after development of 33 loft style apartments and 4 penthouses in the heart of fashionable Soho. Soho is a vibrant and bustling part of central London, well-known for its entertainment scene, diverse restaurants, and lively atmosphere. The area is packed with theatres, bars, and clubs, making it a hotspot for nightlife and socializing. Living in Soho means you're right in the middle of the city, with endless options for fun and entertainment just steps away from your door. The area also boasts a variety of international cuisines, trendy cafes, and unique shops. With its energetic vibe and central location, Soho is an exciting place to live, especially for those who love to be in the heart of the city and enjoy a fast-paced lifestyle.

Connectivity

In terms of connectivity, Soho is one of the best-connected areas in London. It is well-served by several Underground stations, including Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Circus, and Piccadilly Circus, which offer easy access to the Central, Elizabeth, Northern, Bakerloo, and Piccadilly lines. Soho is also close to major roads like the A201, ensuring convenient travel by car or bus. The area’s central location places it within walking distance of key landmarks like Covent Garden and the West End. Moreover, Soho’s proximity to renowned universities makes it a highly desirable location for students and academic professionals. The University of Westminster and London School of Economics (lse) are both just a short distance away, with University College London (ucl) and King's College London also easily accessible by public transport. This makes Soho Lofts an excellent choice for those seeking a stylish and convenient residence in proximity to London’s top educational institutions.

'What the Owner Says'

I bought Flat 23, Soho Lofts in my mid-twenties and lived there for over 15 years. It was unbelievably fun - the location means that it is easy on the spur of the moment to pop out and get last-minute tickets for the theatre and the opera. The smorgasbord of restaurants and bars on the doorstep is unparalleled, and it was the envy of most when leaving the Groucho Club late at night to have only a few hundred yards to crawl home. It has also always been a super friendly building, despite the high profile of most of the residents, and we have all become good friends over the years. Also being on Richmond Mews it is one of the few quiet places in the Soho - I could sleep with the windows open. Finally, my family and friends will probably miss it even more than me as they came to love it as the perfect bolt hole from which to come down and explore London.
