Property Description
To the front, a hardstanding driveway provides generous off-road parking for multiple vehicles. The low-maintenance front garden is laid with decorative stone chippings framing a mature shrub that adds a welcome splash of greenery. Two separate PVC double-glazed doors—one at the front and one at the side—offer access into the heart of the home via the kitchen.
The lounge is light and spacious, enhanced by a large picture window that floods the room with natural light. A central chimney breast houses a cosy gas fireplace, framed by a stone hearth and traditional mantle—perfect for creating a warm and inviting focal point. Coved ceilings add a subtle touch of character, while the space easily accommodates a full lounge suite and accompanying furniture.
The kitchen is fitted with a combination of shaker-style wall and base units, a tiled splashback, and a wood-effect cushioned floor. Integrated appliances include an electric oven and four-ring gas hob with extractor above, and there is ample room for a freestanding washing machine and fridge freezer. A compact dining table and chairs would fit comfortably here, making it an ideal space for casual meals and morning coffee.
From the lounge, an internal hallway leads to the loft hatch and the sleeping quarters.
The primary bedroom is generously sized and overlooks the peaceful rear garden. A built-in storage cupboard with shelving provides handy space, and there’s plenty of room for freestanding wardrobes and bedside furniture.
The second bedroom, also a well-sized double, enjoys the same tranquil garden views and benefits from direct access to a lovely conservatory via sliding PVC double-glazed doors. This versatile space is ideal as a garden room, reading nook, or an additional reception area.
The bathroom has been finished in a fully tiled design and features a hand wash basin with under-sink storage, a WC, and a bath with a mixer-fed overhead shower and protective plastic panelling. A chrome heated towel rail adds practicality.
Outside, a timber side gate allows access from the driveway, and a spacious patio area offers the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The garden is mostly laid to lawn and edged by mature shrubs and timber fencing for privacy, with a backdrop of small woodland creating a wonderfully private outlook. A large timber shed sits on a solid concrete base, providing excellent storage for garden tools or outdoor hobbies.
This lovely bungalow offers a rare opportunity to enjoy peaceful, low-maintenance living in a well-connected location—perfect for downsizers, retirees, or anyone seeking a more relaxed lifestyle.

Abergele
Abergele is a small market town, situated on the North Wales Coast between the holiday resorts of Colwyn Bay and Rhyl, in the Conwy County Borough. Its northern suburb of Pensarn lies on the Irish Sea coast and is known for its beach, where it is claimed by some that a ghost ship has been sighted. Abergele and Pensarn railway station serves both resorts.
Abergele lies just off the A55 and is well known for Gwrych Castle. The town is surrounded by woodland covered hillsides, which contain caves where you can find the rare Lesser Horseshoe Bat. The highest hill is Moelfre Isaf (1040 ft) to the south of the town. There are also outstanding views from Cefn-yr-Ogof, Tower Hill and Castell Cawr (known locally as Tan-y-Gopa). Castell Cawr is an Iron age hillfort, one of several in the area.
Abergele (including Pensarn) has a population of around 10,000 and is part of the Abergele/Rhyl/Prestatyn urban area with a population of 64,000. Approximately 29% of Abergele has a significant knowledge of Welsh. The town also has satellite villages such as Saint George, Betws yn Rhos, Rhyd-y-foel, Belgrano, Llanddulas and Llanfair Talhaiarn.
