Description
The property is a well presented three bedroom detached bungalow with the benefit of a re-fitted kitchen and bathroom and off road parking. The property is also situated in a convenient location within short distance to local shop, transport links and amenities.
The property is entered via an entrance porch and front door leading through to the entrance hall with access to store cupboard and airing cupboard. To the right a door leads through to a spacious south facing sitting room with large window looking towards the South Downs National Park. To the left of the hall a door leads through to bedroom three, which is currently used as a dining room. Off this room a door leads into a converted study area, which was formerly the garage. A further door off the study gives access into the second half of the garage, currently used for storage and a utility area. This works very well for the current owners, but could easily be converted back to a garage if required. To the rear of the entrance hall a door leads through to the refitted modern kitchen with matching base and wall mounted units, built in Bosch appliances, electric hob and extractor fan, built-in Neff oven and grill and Bosch fridge freezer. There is also a window and a door leading to the rear garden. To complete the internal accommodation there are two double bedrooms to the rear both overlooking the garden, and a modern re-fitted family bathroom comprising part tiled walls, tiled floor, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and wash hand basin with vanity unit under.
Outside
To the front of the property there is a lawned area with mature shrub and flower beds, a path to one side and off road parking leading to the garage.
To the right of the property there is side access into the rear garden, which consists of decked area, further lawn area and mature shrub and flower beds. To the rear of the garden there is room for growing your own fruit and vegetables with a greenhouse, garden shed and summer house.
