A word from the owner...

I've been here for four years and it’s honestly been such a great place to live. The house has always felt warm and friendly—perfect for hosting, whether that’s BBQs in the garden in the summer or cosy nights by the fire in winter. The neighbourhood’s quiet but super connected, with loads of buses and an easy Victoria line commute into town. One of my favourite things has been being so close to the Beer Mile—Big Penny is basically the best crèche you could hope for, Pretty Decent does amazing beers, and Exhale is where you end up at 2am with the 2024 burger of the year in hand. Higham Hill Park is just two minutes away, with a dog park and Yoked Fitness gym, and Yonder is just a short walk for climbing. There’s a great mix of fishmongers and butchers nearby too. The house itself has been well looked after—all the timbers were replaced seven years ago and the extension roof was redone in 2025.
