Bryan Gardens has been an ideal place for our little family to grow. There are many peaceful walking trails nearby and it offers a beautiful and safe environment. We have loved the gorgeous views, including the pretty sunsets from our lounge and balcony and will definitely miss these. The rooms are really generously sized with ample storage. It has also been really practical to be within a 10 minute walk of our child's well-regarded school on the neighbouring estate and nursery was just a 5 minute drive away which really helped with the early starts! Local schools include King's Academy Oakwood, Binfield Church of England Primary School, and Newbold School. Binfield Village is a short stroll away and provides a close-knit community feel, complete with family-friendly cafes, a pharmacy, and lovely parks like Foxley Fields and Popes Meadow, which offer fun playgrounds and green spaces for all to enjoy. Bracknell town centre is a handy 10 minute drive and has all the shops and restaurants you could need, and if you go in the opposite direction Wokingham has also been a favourite for us to visit at the weekends. It is so quick to access Wokingham and Bracknell train stations for trips into London, so is the ideal setting for exploring too. As we prepare to upsize, we know this place will be just as special for the next couple or family and we will forever treasure the 4.5 years that we have lived here.

The location is excellent as the position truly is the best of both worlds, you have great access to the A329M and M4, Budgens is just across the road for amenities and then a short walk up Murrell Hill Lane will lead you either to Popes Meadow or into Binfield Village which has even more amenities.

This beautifully designed development was built by Michael Shanly, who is well known for delivering high-specification homes, and Bryan Gardens is no exception. Inside, both bedrooms are generous doubles with built-in wardrobes, and the master includes a stylish ensuite. I especially love the dual-aspect layout of the master bedroom, which allows for plenty of natural light. There's also a modern three-piece family bathroom and a spacious hallway with useful built-in storage.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is a real highlight. The kitchen features a classic shaker style with quartz worktops and integrated appliances. Off the living area, the large balcony offers lovely views and makes a great place to relax. The property also benefits from two allocated parking spaces.
