The layout of the Manor might be traditional, but that doesn’t mean it’s lacking in space or comfort. The first thing you’ll notice is the big, freestanding sofas. They’re even more comfy than they look and you can move them around to make sure you’re making the most of the views from your Manor, this holiday home as has the additional footstool included.

The stylish and practical shaker kitchen makes the most of every inch of space. You get an integrated oven, microwave and fridge freezer as standard, this holiday home also has an integrated washing machine too. There’s plenty of worktop and storage space, and under-unit lighting means you’ll never struggle to see what you’re doing. Once you’ve finished cooking, there’s a freestanding dining table and chairs right under one of the big windows, so you can make the most of the natural light.

The master bedroom in the Manor is the kind of thing you’d expect in a boutique hotel. There’s a big, comfy king size bed with clever lift up storage. You’ll also get a full-size wardrobe to keep all your outfits in, and lots of integrated storage space. There’s also a handy vanity unit with its own mirror - perfect for preparing for a night out. The big window lets in lots of light, and you’ll even get an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 x single beds with quality mattresses and storage, across the hallway is a large shower room for both bedrooms to use.

Park Information
St Lawrence Holiday Park is situated in the coastal village of St Lawrence Bay in Essex on the banks of the Blackwater Estuary, the village has an excellent village shop, two pubs and an Indian restaurant. Enjoy the perfect escape on 11 acres of park, complete with private beach access just steps away, it provides the perfect holiday experience.

For water sports enthusiasts you can enjoy access from the caravan park’s private beach for open water swimming, paddle boarding and canoeing. Or if you’d prefer something less adventurous, fishing can also be enjoyed.

Local Area
If the call of the Coast & Nature is your favoured recreational activity there are many wonderful places to visit no more than an hour from the park starting with Bradwell Shell Bank (approx. 10 mins away) A unique, remote nature reserve formed by tides, perfect for birdwatching (ringed plovers, oystercatchers).Whilst there you can visit the Chapel of St Peter-on-the-Wall, Bradwell-on-Sea (approx. 10 mins away) One of the oldest churches in England, located on the coast with scenic walking trails.

The primary Dengie Peninsula Circular hike is a (approx. 12-mile) moderate trail typically taking 4–4.5 hours to complete with 173m elevation gain. It features coastal, marshland, and countryside scenery, often starting near St Nicholas Church in Tillingham or Southminster, following seawalls and field, this walk passes along in front of our park and around into the village of St Lawrence.

For more of a day out to another coastal area you can venture a little further afield to Mersea Island (approx. 30-40 mins away via boat/road) Known for fresh oysters, sandy beaches at West Mersea, and colourful beach huts.

Another coastal trip well worth a visit is The Naze, Walton-on-the-Naze (approx. 1 hour away) A Coastal landscape with cliffs, a nature reserve, and the Naze Tower, Tollesbury Marina & Nature Reserve (approx. 30-40 mins away) is a scenic marina with walks along the salt marshes, Abberton Reservoir Nature Reserve (approx. 30-40 mins away)is excellent for wildlife viewing, bird hides, and nature walks or Cudmore Grove Country Park (approx. 40 mins away) Located on East Mersea, offering coastal views, sandy beaches, and grassland.

If you prefer a countryside vista with rolling green fields then the prestige’s rhs Garden Hyde Hall (approx. 35-40 mins way) Renowned for its gardens with panoramic views of the Essex countryside, lovely gift shop and excellent tearoom, a little further away is Audley End House and Gardens (approx. 55-60 mins away) A magnificent Jacobean mansion managed by English Heritage, Layer Marney Tower (approx. 30-40 mins away) is England's tallest Tudor gatehouse with gardens and well worth a visit, as is Danbury Country Park (approx. 30 mins away) A wooded area with lakes, close to the city of Chelmsford, perfect for your 4 legged friends.

For families there is the historic Colchester Castle & Park (approx. 45 mins away)The largest Norman keep in Europe, situated in a large city park, whilst there you can visit Colchester Zoo (approx. 45-55 mins away) This Zoo is frequently ranked among the top zoos in the UK, featuring over 150 species.

Just a short drive away from the park is Maldon Promenade Park (approx. 20-25 mins away) the large park with a splash park, adventure playground, and riverside views cafes and shops, they have events held there throughout the summer too.

Other venues in the area suitable for families are Madison Heights, Maldon (approx. 20-25 mins away) An indoor soft play (Monkey Puzzle) and ten-pin bowling venue, Marsh Farm Animal Adventure Park (approx. 30 mins away) This is a family-friendly farm park in South Woodham Ferrers, Mangapps Railway Museum (approx. 20 mins away) This is a Heritage railway and museum near Burnham-on-Crouch maintained and run by volunteers.

For the perfect day trip with the family Southend is a traditional seaside town with Adventure Island (approx. 50-60 mins away) Ticket admission amusement park on the seafront, Southend Pier & Railway (approx. 50-60 mins away) The world's longest pleasure pier.

If shopping is your pleasure rather than roller coasters then Maldon (20-25 mins away) is a historic maritime town known for Hythe Quay, Thames sailing barges and a diverse range of independent shops and retail park, Burnham-on-Crouch (approx. 20 mins away) Is a historic town known for its sailing, marina, riverside walks, Burnham Week Sailing Regatta in August and a range of independent shops and restaurants.

If you prefer to travel a little further Chelmsford has a huge array of shopping, bars and restaurants to entertain you all day.
