About this property
"I have loved living in Coach House Lane over the past six years and will be sad to say goodbye. I’ll really miss looking across the city skyline in the evening and seeing the hot air balloons passing directly over the house. The location is fantastic, both tucked away and private, yet just a stone’s throw from beautiful St George’s Park, easily the nicest park in the city. The local area has loads to offer, and more shops, bars & restaurants keep popping up. Personal favourites include the Orchard café round the corner and the Red Church and Lock Up just down the road. When i’ve ventured further afield then it’s been great having a one-minute walk to catch the bus and head into town. I hope the next owners enjoy living here as much as I have."
Coach House Lane is a quite spot situated in St George, between Church Road and Beaufort Road and is close by to Crews Hole Road for the River Avon and its riverside walks. St George’s Park is across Church Road from Beaufort Road and is one of the city’s most popular parks providing a kids play area, tennis courts, a cafe, a skate park, and a lake. St George has many exciting independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, with Coach House Lane near to the very popular Red Church and Orchard Café. On from this, the much-loved Bristol Loaf and The Lock-Up are staples in this community. The shops and cafes of Easton are also easily accessible via the Bristol to Bath cycle path, including East Bristol Bakery, Garden of Easton, and Bristol Sweet Mart. There are several well-regarded schools in the area, meaning this is a popular area with families. For commuters, it is a short journey into Bristol City Centre by bus, bike or car, whilst also being just a short drive from Bath and the motorway networks as well. From this side of the City Centre, Bristol Temple Meads is just a short journey away.
