What our vendors say.
The location, so close to the Chiltern Hills, is fantastic for walking, cycling and all sorts of outdoor recreation. The village has a fantastic community with lots of activities for all ages including two great pubs, a village shop and a great school as well as a vibrant sports and social club. The house itself has been well kept over the years I have had it and whilst I have not had an extension built, both neighbouring houses have, and there is a good precedent for permission to be granted should that be sought. The gardens had been designed and planted in true cottage style at the front but with a lovely green social space to the rear. All
decorations internally have been carried out in keeping with the age and style of the house with period features, such as the beams preserved.
