Owner Insight

"Having previously lived here on The Willows but moved away elsewhere in Devon, we realised the benefits that Torquay offered us and so decided that we wanted to return at the earliest opportunity. Having sold our home we started looking in earnest and as soon as we walked into this property, we knew that we had found our new home, well-appointed, beautifully presented and nestled in a quiet close. Since living here we have found the cul-de-sac setting to be extremely serene and whilst being situated in a modern development we have enjoyed the levels of privacy that our lovely home offers us. We have found The Willows to be an extremely convenient location, close to the out of town shops and amenities, a short car drive to Torquay town centre and the picturesque seafront. We will miss our lovely home but the time is now right for us to downsize slightly and let a new owner enjoy the benefits of this beautiful house."
