Top floor views – This has to be one of the best locations for an apartment in town.

Denton Road is a very gentle stones through from the very centre, in fact you could probably roll it not throw it. Then you have the fact that this block is a very select one of just 9 apartments so you just don’t have the goings on that you have in so many blocks of 30 or 40 apartments, busy communal areas with plenty of wear and tear.

All this is lovely but for me the top floor positioning is key, no one above you, great ceiling features adding character and just that feeling of ‘penthouse’. The two bedrooms are good sizes and sit just as you walk in off a really decent size entrance hall that actually feels like it leads somewhere if you get me.

The open plan living and kitchen space is wonderful, two determined areas as you would expect, characterful pitched ceilings and roof light which allows even more light to flood in, very clever idea. The kitchen itself is expansive and well fitted with a breakfast bar style return allowing you to have a really social dining space.

Private parking and secluded communal garden space then finishes things nicely but we think you would have probably said yes buy now .......
