Sellers Comment...
Hatch Ride is being sold after 47 years of being a family home and ideally positioned for good schools. It has many walks from its doorstep which can be enjoyed by families. The bus stop just a few minutes walk away has been well used over the years by teenagers travelling to local colleges. There is very close by a brand new pub/restaurant, an established Chinese a Co-op and coffee shop. The large garden has been a delight over the years with children playing to vegetable growing, family gatherings and bbqs with ample parking for guests.
I’m sure the next owners will enjoy this friendly road and find it a very pleasant location to live making it a warm and inviting home.

Will and Mike's Comment...
It always says a lot about a house and it's location when it hasn't been on the market for 47 years, this is testament to why this is an excellent location and neighbourhood as our seller has said. If you are looking for a house that you can put your own stamp on, that offers huge potential to turn into the perfect home, then this is not one to miss out on.

At the front of this home you have a bright and airy lounge which follows through to a dining space. What we love about this room is how light it is with the huge window at the front. You also have the fireplace which actually has the boiler behind it which was fitted in 2012. The house has been extended a couple of times already since it was built creating some excellent downstairs space. Moving towards the back you have kitchen which has enough space for a breakfast area but also could be opened up to create a large open kitchen dining space.

To the back and into the extension, there is a hallway which gives you access onto the garden and a cloakroom. There is also a handy utility cupboard which opens out with double doors. The masted bedroom that has been created has a great view over the garden and is an excellent size, not only this but it also comes complete with its own wet room. We think this could be perfect for someone who needs something similar or perhaps would look to use this space as an additional reception room.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with two of them being good size doubles. The main bedroom is at the front and has built in wardrobes as you can see from the details The third bedroom is a good size single with the bathroom just across the landing, again giving opportunity to refit and possibly make bigger by taking out the airing cupboard.

The rear garden is a great size and very private as you can see. Whilst to the front you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and the 24ft garage. This house offers such a great potential to extend and add value meaning this could be a longer term family home for someone looking to turn it into a four bedroom home by either extending over the garage or into the loft which is already boarded. If you are looking for a great family home in an excellent location then this is not one to miss out on, we can't wait to take you on a tour.

Area Comment...
Hatch Ride is a superb location sitting as a no through road, just off of Old Wokingham Road. The home is a 10 minute walk from a parade of shops on Greenwood Road that includes a Tesco, hair salon, an Indian restaurant and a couple of other independent businesses. Further on from there and around a 15 minute walk you have the main Crowthorne High Street with two supermarkets and loads of other amenities. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices, just a short walk over the road you have Buckler's Forest with its fantastic wildlife, playparks and great trails for walking or cycling. In 5 minutes in the other direction, you have Bigshotte Park with plenty of open green space to enjoy. If you're commuting, Crowthorne train station is just a 25 minute walk away whilst still being within easy reach of both the M3 and M4 motorways. This home falls under many of Crowthorne's local school catchments including the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School but also is just a few minutes walk from Hatch Ride Primary School.
