We asked the vendor about their lovely home and they were happy to provide us with the following information.
What first attracted you to the property ?
The house has a large south westerly facing garden which gets the sun from mid morning through to late at night - we assessed all plots on the development and specifically chose this one due to the size of the garden which is larger than typical new builds.
We also really liked the flow of the downstairs when visiting the show home for this house type - particularly having the large kitchen diner space spanning the width of the house overlooking the garden.
We liked this plot as well given it is on a private cul de sac with only 1 other house opposite.
What improvements have you made to the house ?
We have extended the patio area in the back garden to create more space for seating & have also installed raised loft boarding creating additional storage space.
What have you enjoyed about living there ?
Nice friendly neighbours, good community spirit.Quiet/peaceful area.Good location for commuting into London and easy to walk into village/across orchards/fields within minutes
