The land has also been presented as part of Cornwall councils ‘call for sites’ and has passed initial stage. It is currently being assessed as part of stage two by the heela panel.
It is recognised that the governments new housing targets will have a significant impact on the authorities’ need for further development sites and landowners are being encouraged to bring their sites forward. This landowner is happy to work with the right developer to do this.
