Situation

The land is situated to the south of Thornhill Drove, close to the village of Ash in South Somerset. It is located approximately 7.3 miles from the town centre of Yeovil and 2.5 miles from the larger village of Martock. The A303 can be accessed approximately 2 miles distant to the south east.

The land is accessed via a gateway directly from Thornhill Drove leading from Witcombe Lane.

Directions

From Martock, head north along North Street and turn right at Stapleton traffic lights. Continue on this road for 0.7 miles until you reach a turning to Witcombe Lane on the left hand side. Head along Witcombe Lane for approximately 1 mile. Turn right along Thornhill Drove and continue for approximately 0.2 miles. The gateway will be located on the right hand side, indicated by the agents for sale board.

Method of sale

The property will be offered for sale by Public Auction and online livestream auction on Wednesday 15th April at The Shrubbery Hotel, Ilminster, Somerset, TA19 9AR.
