Owners comments:
We have a great family home in a really quiet area, more importantly a great social house with the lounge into the garden and garden into the lounge. Ideal in the summer, ideal for family gatherings which we have had plenty of. A very warm and cosy house. We are going to miss this home but it's time a new family to start create memories here.
Area Comments...
Yardley is close to plenty of local parks and a short walk to Great Hollands Square with a selection of local convenience stores and takeaways. There are designated walkways and cut-throughs taking you through to Bracknell town centre in around 30 minutes walk. Swinley Forest is a 5-10 minute drive away and you've got easy access to Ascot, Sandhurst, Crowthorne & Wokingham from this side of Bracknell. Access by car to The Lexicon or M4 & M3 motorway networks are all an easy 5-10 minute drive away as well.
Ryan & Sanjay's Comments...
This design of home on the Great Hollands offers such great space, you've got a porch, living room, dining room and kitchen with space for all the appliances and upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms. This house has some brilliant storage too with the mezzanine level and creative storage in bedroom three.
