Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman
This excellent detached family home is ideally located in Bunbury village, within walking distance of many key amenities including a primary school, village shop, butchers, café, parish church, doctor's surgery and three pubs.
As an estate agent in the area since 2004, I have sold a large number of homes in Bunbury, but few have the tardis quality that this one has - it is really large and extends to over 2300 square feet. Plus it stands in a plot of 0.39 acre - a real bonus.
Internally the property has numerous features of merit with the kitchen running open plan to garden room being my particular favourite. In addition there is a living room with wood burning stove, a study, three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The versatility is incredible.
With so few houses coming for sale in Bunbury at present, this is sure to attract good interest.
