Owner Insight
"I have enjoyed living here for 14 years, with friendly neighbours and stunning views. It is solidly built and the flat was recently redecorated and the bathroom refurbished. There is ample storage space and ‘walk-in’ wardrobes in the bedrooms. There is a good-sized car park for residents and visitors or tradesmen. Of particular note is the sunny balcony with superb views across Torbay from Meadfoot to Berry Head, and it looks down on the well-maintained garden. The sea-front is minutes away with frequent buses to Newton Abbot or Brixham and further afield to Dawlish. Chelston is close-by too with Post Office/Newsagent, chemist, convenience store and a doctor’s surgery. The quaint old village of Cockington is within easy reach too. So, there's a lot I shall miss, but it's time to move on."
