This isn't just a house; it's been our beloved home where we've cherished countless memories raising our two children. Nestled in a vibrant community, you'll find an abundance of parks and green spaces right on your doorstep, perfect for family adventures and enjoying the outdoors. Commuting to Bracknell is a breeze, thanks to excellent cycle paths, walkways, and bus routes that offer convenient and sustainable travel options. We've also been incredibly fortunate to be part of a community with great schools in the area, providing an excellent foundation for our children's education. Our neighbours aren't just neighbours; they've become dear friends, and our kids have thrived with other families close by. While we're sad to leave this wonderful home due to a work relocation, we're excited for a new family to create their own happy memories here.
During our time here, we've invested in improvements to make this house truly special. You'll find a beautifully updated kitchen and both bathrooms, decorated throughout, and improvements to the outside space, creating a perfect environment for relaxation and entertaining. This home is ideal for a young family looking for a nurturing environment with excellent amenities, or for anyone seeking convenient access to the M3 and M4 motorways for easy commuting. This home is now ready for its new owners to create their memories.

Welbeck is close to plenty of local parks and a short walk to Great Hollands Square with a selection of local convenience stores and takeaways. There are designated walkways and cut-throughs taking you through to Bracknell town centre in around 30 minutes walk. Swinley Forest is a 5-10 minute drive away and you've got easy access to Ascot, Sandhust, Crowthorne & Wokingham from this side of Bracknell. Access by car to The Lexicon or M4 & M3 motorway networks are all an easy 5-10 minute drive away as well.

These are great houses with a surprising amount of accommodation for the price bracket. Firstly there's a lovely big entrance hall with a downstairs loo and tonnes of storage. The kitchen is nice and modern and opens into the garden, and then the living/dining room is 'L' shaped with windows on both ends and big French doors also opening into your conservatory. Upstairs has two big double bedrooms, a third small double, and a nice and modern family bathroom. The garden is a real stand out feature here as it's almost directly sunny facing, and is surprisingly private for a house in this location. There's also a garage is in a block around 30 yards away.
