About this property

" I have lived in Greenbank Road for 15 years and really enjoyed the neighbourhood. It’s just a 5 minute walk to North Street with all the restaurants, shops, bars and the Sunday market. In the other direction, over the footbridge, the Floating Harbour with all the boats and the bigger views of Bristol. I also enjoy the ability to quickly get out of the city and head west into the countryside on my bike via Ashton Court, Long Ashton and the Mendips. The street is also friendly and there’s plenty of help from the neighbours with deliveries, lost cats, plumber recommendations etc. "

Greenbank Road is nestled between Coronation Road and Greenway Bush Lane which leads to North Street in Southville. From here there are two footbridges across the river to reach the Harbourside area of the city and further onto Wapping Wharf, an area which has fast become one of Bristol’s most iconic and desirable settings for living, eating and socialising. The area around Gaol Ferry Steps is now home to several stylish homes, trendy bars and boutique shops within both Cargo One and Cargo Two, which came as two phases of retail and restaurant space, largely occupied for local independent businesses. Southville itself has long been one of the most popular parts of Bristol to live in. North Street is very nearby and is home to a number of popular bars and eateries such as Cor, the popular Souk Kitchen, The Malago as well as highly regarded cafes such as Sweven and Marks Bread. Crossing the river from Southville, you are just minutes from all Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is short and painless, whilst the journey home after an evening in a city is also straightforward and advantageous on foot rather than negotiating city centre traffic.

A mid terrace house set over three floors with a generous garden for the area. On entering the property there is a large bathroom on the ground floor to the front and to the rear the living room with feature fireplace and window overlooking the rear garden. The first floor of the house is home to two good sized double bedrooms with ample storage. The lower ground/garden level floor is is really generous and has a study/utility room, kitchen/diner and a conservatory which leads to the garden. The garden is a great size with lawn and mature fruit trees and to the rear is a covered area which could be used as a work area or bike storage.
