What do you love most about your home/property?
I love the generous size and layout, spread over three floors, giving it the feel of a small house rather than a flat. The location is fantastic - being so close to zone 1. Plus the abundance of storage means everything has its place.
Why are you selling?
I lived in the property for ten years and have been a private landlord for another ten. It is now sadly time to leave the rental market.
What do you love about the area?
There is a great mix of independent pubs and cafes including the Canton Arms, Fentiman Arms and those in Little Portugal. The transport connections are excellent, making it easy to get around while the nearby climbing wall and numerous gyms make it easy to stay active. A huge Sainsbury’s is nearby which is so convenient and Brixton Academy is also within walking distance.
