Location

Radvald Chase is a quiet no-through residential street in Stanway, on the western edges of the City of Colchester. The area is popular with families, and the house is within a short walk of both The Stanway School and the Stanway Fiveways Primary School.

Colchester City centre is just over two miles from the property and local services in Stanway (which are within an easy walk) include a Co-op supermarket, various takeaways and Westlands Country Park.

Colchester North mainline station is three miles from the house where direct services to London Liverpool Street run with a journey time of around 50 minutes.
